We started with the idea of designing tailor-made training programs fully adapted to the needs, goals, and industry specifics of each organization. Today, we work with companies from various sectors across Bulgaria, helping them build stronger, more effective, and more connected teams.
Our Team
Stoyan D. Tunkov
Founder and trainer
Stoyan D. Tunkov is a trainer with over 20 years of experience in people and team development, a certified business coach, and the founder of Five Senses Training.
His career began at Grawe Bulgaria, where he delivered hundreds of training sessions in sales, communication, and leadership, and led one of the company’s most successful teams.
Stoyan was trained at Grawe Academy International in Austria and holds international NLP certifications personally issued by the co-creator of NLP, John Grinder.
With more than 10,000 training participants and extensive hands-on experience, Stoyan has developed a distinctive approach focused on practicality, engagement, and sustainable results that genuinely transform behavior and performance in the workplace.
Svetozara Zlatanova
Trainer
Svetozara Zlatanova is a certified project management professional with over 13 years of experience leading complex projects for large Bulgarian and international organizations.
She holds the globally recognized PMP® (Project Management Professional) and PMI-ACP® (Agile Certified Practitioner) certifications from the Project Management Institute, as well as the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Svetozara earned her Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Veliko Tarnovo “St. Cyril and St. Methodius”.
Since April 2026, Svetozara has been a certified mediator, qualified under the standards of the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
Her professional background includes project management in system integration, telecommunications, and collaborations with investment funds and real estate investors.
Alongside her practical experience, she delivers internal corporate training programs focused on project management, combining structured methodologies with real-world business cases.
